Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Wend Studio, a service operated by Awen Labs, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By signing in, you agree to them.
The service
Wend Studio generates TikTok photo slideshows from your prompts and settings and, if you connect a TikTok account, posts them or sends them to your TikTok drafts when you choose or on the schedule you set. Access may be limited to approved accounts.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You may only connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
Your content
You own the content you create with Wend Studio. You grant us the rights needed to store, process and publish it on your behalf. You are responsible for what you post, including that it follows TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service and any rules for labeling AI-generated content.
Acceptable use
- No content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, hateful or harmful.
- No spam, artificial engagement, or attempts to evade TikTok’s rules or rate limits.
- No attempts to access other users’ data or to disrupt the service.
Third-party services
Wend Studio relies on TikTok, Google, Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI and Anthropic. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and TikTok may limit or reject posts.

Wend Studio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Generated text and images can be inaccurate; review them before posting. Content is not medical advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any amount above what you paid us in the past 12 months.
Ending use
You can stop using Wend Studio and disconnect TikTok at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
