Privacy Policy
Wend Studio is operated by Awen Labs, Inc. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use Wend Studio, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Google account. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address and whether it is verified. We use it only to sign you in.
- TikTok account. When you connect TikTok we receive your TikTok display name, avatar and an identifier for your account, plus access and refresh tokens that let Wend Studio post on your behalf. We request the user.info.basic, video.upload and video.publish permissions.
- Your content. The prompts, settings, reference images, slideshows, captions and schedules you create in Wend Studio.
- Basic logs. Our hosting providers keep standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your session.
- To generate slideshow text and images from your prompts.
- To publish slideshows to the TikTok account you connected, or send them to your TikTok drafts, only when you post or schedule them.
- To check the status of posts you sent to TikTok.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or read any TikTok data beyond what is listed above.
Who processes it
We share data only with the service providers that run Wend Studio:
- Supabase (database, file storage and background jobs) and Vercel (web hosting).
- Anthropic and OpenAI, which receive your prompts and reference images to generate slideshow text and images.
- TikTok, which receives the slideshows and captions you choose to post.
- Google, for sign-in.
Retention and deletion
Slideshows stay until you delete them; deleting a slideshow removes its images from storage. Disconnecting TikTok in Settings deletes your stored TikTok tokens immediately. You can also revoke access any time from TikTok’s app settings. To delete your account and all associated data, email us.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Tokens and content are stored in a private database that is not reachable from the browser.
Children
Wend Studio is not intended for anyone under 18.
